amazing sights modern style friendly staff
i stayed in the king room grand canal view and the sights were amazing.. the building's design beautifully blends history with modern style. the restaurant's food was excellent and the terrace had such a nice atmosphere. i found the staff friendly and always ready to help with a smile.
the lighting in certain areas could be a bit better, especially with more daylight in the indoor seating areas. it felt dim at times.

prompt assistance thoughtful detail excellent toiletries
The staff offered prompt assistance when needed. Claudia was especially helpful, offering her aid with my luggage. I thoroughly appreciated the thoughtful details within the room like the coffee setup for the morning. Small touches made a big difference. The hotel also provided excellent toiletries.
The bar was not consistently open for a quick drink, requiring either the downstairs restaurant or room service.

amazing attention friendly staff rooftop view
The hotel's design displayed amazing attention to detail. every space felt well-designed, and the overall vibe was wonderful. staff members were friendly and helpful. the architecture, interior design, and even the food received careful consideration, and i appreciated the rooftop view from room #55!!!
the lighting in the room was dim. it was impractical, especially in the bathroom area, as it was quite dark. the bar wasn't open, i couldn't buy a simple drink or coffee.

water taxi reasonable prices great service
the staff helped arrange water taxis. day trips to murano and burano were set up. gondola trips were also arranged at our convenience. the staff provided reasonable prices.
there should be more racks or hooks in the room. it would be helpful for hanging towels. the guide to using the switches would be beneficial. these were minor issues.

I was treated wonderfully from arrival. Staff was attentive and addressed every detail. The room upgrade offered a comfortable bed and quality linens. I found breakfast superb, with a canal view adding to the experience.
